Are your candles pet safe?
While no candle can ever be guaranteed completely pet-safe, we use fragrance oils commonly found in pet sprays, which are then further diluted in our formulas. Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and cotton wicks for a clean burn, with no added dyes or phthalates.
We always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated spaces and keeping them out of reach of curious paws. Every home is different, so we encourage pet owners to use their own judgement and monitor their animals while using any scented product.
What wax do you use?
All of our candles and wax melts are made using 100% soy wax, which is biodegradable, vegan, and made from renewable resources. It burns slower and cleaner than paraffin, with no black smoke.
What fragrance oils do you use?
We use fragrance oils that are commonly found in pet sprays, and we choose each blend carefully with pet-friendly homes in mind. All scents are selected and used in our own household to ensure they feel comfortable and enjoyable in a space shared with animals.
While no fragrance oil can ever be considered completely safe for pets, we aim to offer a more considered alternative to traditional candles by using gentler ingredients and avoiding additives like phthalates and dyes.
Shipping and processing times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note that during busier periods or for larger orders, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
As each product is handmade in small batches, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind — but your experience matters to us, so if there’s any issue at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How long do melts/candles last?
Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 40 hours, depending on usage and care.
Each wax melt paw gives around 15 hours of scent, with 4 per pack (60 hours total).
Always trim your wick and follow care instructions for the best burn time and fragrance throw.
